The Jesuit Community at Arrupe Nivas, Bengaluru, is a dynamic apostolic community of the Karnataka Jesuit Province dedicated to higher education, intellectual engagement, spirituality, and pastoral accompaniment. Named after Fr. Pedro Arrupe, SJ, the former Superior General of the Society of Jesus, the community serves as a centre of Jesuit presence and mission in the city. Through its involvement in educational institutions, research, spiritual ministries, and student accompaniment, the community seeks to form leaders of competence, conscience, compassion, and commitment. Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, the Jesuits of Arrupe Nivas strive to promote faith, justice, dialogue, and holistic human development in service of the Church and society.
