Navasadhana, Anekal is the Pre-Novitiate Formation House of the Karnataka Jesuit Province, where young men discerning a vocation to the Society of Jesus begin their journey of preparation for Jesuit life. The house provides a nurturing environment that fosters spiritual growth, personal maturity, community living, and vocational discernment.

At Navasadhana, candidates are introduced to the rich traditions of Ignatian spirituality through prayer, reflection, spiritual accompaniment, and apostolic exposure. The formation programme helps them deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, develop self-awareness, and grow in responsibility, discipline, and service.

Community life plays a vital role in the formation process, enabling pre-novices to learn the values of fraternity, collaboration, and mutual respect.
