Asha Kiran, Mangaluru is a Scholasticate of the Karnataka Jesuit Province that serves as a formation community for Jesuit scholastics pursuing their higher studies and preparing for future ministries. True to its name, Asha Kiran ("Ray of Hope") seeks to form young Jesuits who are rooted in faith, inspired by the Ignatian spirit, and committed to serving others with compassion and dedication.

The community provides an atmosphere that fosters intellectual growth, spiritual depth, community living, and apostolic involvement. Through prayer, study, reflection, and engagement in pastoral and social ministries, scholastics are encouraged to integrate faith, knowledge, and service in their journey of formation.
