The Jesuit Community at Jnana Jyothi, Anekal, is a vibrant apostolic community of the Karnataka Jesuit Province committed to the mission of faith, justice, and human development. Rooted in Ignatian spirituality, the Jesuits accompany people through education, pastoral ministry, social outreach, youth formation, and community empowerment. Building on more than five decades of Jesuit presence in Anekal, the community continues to serve the local Church and society, especially the poor, marginalized, and rural communities, through institutions such as St. Joseph's School, the parish ministry, hostels, and social development initiatives. Inspired by the Jesuit ideal of forming "men and women for others," the community strives to promote human dignity, leadership, and integral development for all.
